These are the steps we would follow to create bespoke jewellery for our customers:

- Visit our shop with a decision on what kind of jewellery you would like such as a ring, pendant ect (bring a sketch or image of something similar if possible)

- Our on-site jeweller will find a variety of elements/parts for you to choose from

- Once you have made a decision using our jewellers recommendations, a quote and time scale will be provided

- You make the decision whether to go ahead or not
